| ~Rooms & Rates~ Our home consists of two antique capes built adjoining one another. The older cape was built in the 1700's and offers all of the charm of a historic home with wide board floors and exposed beams. There are two bedrooms, one featuring an ivory iron daybed which provides two twin beds or pushed together as a king bed and the other room offers a queen bed. Our B&B farm stay rooms have their own private outside entrance and covered porch with a comfortable sitting room providing the perfect place for small reunions, groups, or families. A large continental breakfast is served in the sitting room or on the porch. Picnic lunches can be provided with advanced notice and an additional fee. |
| ~Rates~ (All rates are based upon double occupancy and include a continental breakfast.) $95per bedroom/night with a shared bath $145 per bedroom/night with a private bath $175 per night for the entire farmhouse suite including two bedrooms, bath, and sitting room (When renting the entire suite, we may accommodate one extra person for an additional $15/night.) Picnic Lunches can be reserved for $15 per person ($5 for children). Lunches must be reserved two days in advance. Vermont room and meals tax not included in above pricing. ~Shepherd's Room~ This bright room has an iron day bed which can be set up as two individual twin beds or pushed together as a king size bed. An antique wardrobe provides a place to unpack. |
| Our farm is centrally located in Vermont and is within an hour's drive to numerous attractions. Allow us to help plan your outing or just relax on the porch. While visiting our farm, we invite you to join us for chores, meet our animals, stroll the country roads, or just enjoy the wonderful view of the Green Mountains. |
| ~Rooster's Room~ Our Rooster Room has a queen size bed and an antique oak desk. It features wide wood paneling and a long window bench. The barn is just outside the window of this room and you may even hear our rooster named Cornelius crow in the morning. |
