| ~Vermont Grand View Farm~ Country Elegance... 18th Century Charm... & the Magic of Vermont Farm Life.... Our home consists of two antique capes built adjoining one another. The older cape was built in the 1700's and possesses all of the charm of a historic home with wide board floors, exposed beams and antique furnishings. Our two bedrooms offer a peaceful night's sleep on four poster beds with comfortable quilts and down blankets. One bedroom features two antique twin beds and the other offers a pine four poster queen bed. Our B&B farm stay rooms have their own private outside entrance and covered porch with a comfortable sitting room. A large country breakfast is served in the sitting room or on the porch. We also offer a continental breakfast for those wishing a lighter fare and less expensive rates. A small kitchenette with sink, dishes, and refrigerator allows you to prepare snack and lunch foods during your visit. Plush bathrobes and warm down comforters await you in the winter. The cozy wood stove brings warmth in the winter and cool mountain breezes and the shady porch will keep you comfortable in the summer months. We offer dinner on the farm with a 2 day notice for $30/person. All dinners feature local, organically grown foods. Please inquire about dining here at the farm. |

| Our Rooster Room has a queen size four poster bed and an antique mission oak desk. It features wide wood paneling and a long window bench. The barn is just outside the window of this room and you may even hear our rooster, Cornelius, crow in the morning. A well stocked bookcase offers endless hours of browsing and reading. |
